Web Video Success Starts with the Right Camera!
One of my BIGGEST challenges for 2009 is going to be learning HOW to use Video Marketing to attract free traffic to my Blog and Websites, brand my message and find like-minded people.
Thanks to a Video Marketing Course I’m doing, mastering this art shouldn’t be to much of a problem…I hope;)
Anyway, before I can start making the videos, I need to get myself a good camera…or do I?
While doing some research on Video Marketing this morning, I came across a FREE Video by Mike Koenigs, titled…
"Video Camera Buyer’s Guide: What to Buy and Where to Get It"
Mike is the co-founder of TrafficGeysar and his business has submitted more than 3 million Web videos in two years, so he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to cameras.
He’s got a killer way to start a full or part time Web video business, but I’ll tell you more about that in a later post.
But this is where it all begins….with the right camera.
He goes through all of them in this video from the new Flip cameras and Webcams all the way up to the HD "prosumer" models and everything in between.
Plus, he shows you which microphones to use and what the must-have accessories are.
This is great stuff, especially if you’re looking for a way to make money in this new economy:
Mike teaches people how to make and blast out Videos all over the Web, to generate leads, top search rankings and $$$.
You’ll see what I mean…enjoy:)

Hello Bill
Just had a good look around your site and listened to the audo recording “12 biggest mistkes” and read your article about cameras.
I have not ventured into audio or video yet, but some good information here, yet another example of the rich variety of information being shared by all the students.
Oh, i have added you to my blog http:AlanNeath.com and you might like to update my name from Alex to Alan, not that it’s a technical problem, it’s just that i am better looking than him !
cheers
Alan

Hi Alan
My apologies on the typo, it’s now been corrected:)
On the Video and audio marketing, I’m like you. I DO realize that it’s something I have to tackle in 2009, “if” I want to take my business to the next level.
Thanks for adding me to your blogroll, keep in touch
Bill:)

Hi Bill,
This is really innovative writing about video as a means of obtaining traffic. I’ve tended to steer clear of mentioning equipment on my I.M. blog because I write a lot about it on my personal site.
It hadn’t occurred to me that it might help to write about it on the I.M. blog too, but I can see now that it makes perfect sense to do so.
Anyway, good luck in finding your camera.
Warm regards,
Stephen

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my site, I will get over to your site and do the same shortly.
Video marketing is just a tiny part of Social Networking, but in my opinion it will be the one that generates the most traffic.
By the way, I have also added you to my “Students Of Alex” Blogroll. I would appreciate it if you would add me to yours
Take Care
Bill:)
