I also set-up my Twitter account and honestly never thought much about how I am going to use it because I know I definitely do not want to SPAM my followers.

When I get a little more time I will check out Twitter Business Magic as I am sure it will come in handy for me as I grow my business.

  You are right about listening to our readers. How do we know if we are going in the right direction without getting feedback. It is important to always ask for interaction with your readers. You can also create surveys to help ask questions of your readers.

  Listening to your readers will also give you ideas for new products to create.

  Nice info on Pareto’s law. I really like the way you presented it as far as “Give 80% of your precious time, talent, and effort to the 20% of your customers, who already support your business.”

  I have always looked at it by focusing on the 20% of work that builds 80% of your business. But you thoughts are more customer focused and you have really changed the way I will be doing business in the future.

  I have been using Squidoo for several years now for building backlinks and also for straightup affiliate promotions. Squidoo lenses do usually rank well in Google.
