Very well written post however, I would recommend that you turn the No Follow off in your comment section.

I totally agree, you need to make sure you build high quality lists and then build trust. They’re then far more likely to buy. All my sales in the past 2 weeks came from people on my mailing list that I advised of a new service.

Hi Claire,
Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comment.
I agree with you that you must first, get the trust of your list members before trying to sell them something. Unfortunately most people don’t do that.
If you want to share your new service that’s doing so well for you, let me, I’m always looking for good resources myself:)
Take care Claire and come back soon

Hi
Thanks for the comment on the post and for letting me know that the “No Follow” tag was enabled in my comment URLS…I had no idea.
After doing some research on Google, I found that it is enabled by default with no option to disable it!
However there is a simple plugin that can be installed that fixes the problem without deleting any other ‘no follow’ tags you have elsewhere on the blog.
So for anyone else reading this comment, you may want to do a search on Google for the following plugin…and install it.
WordPress 1.5 Plugin – Strip nofollow directives from Comment and Comment Author URLs
