How do you view Readers? Consumers? How do you size up Customers? How DO you treat those VIP Customers who always buy from you? Do you always have a constant INFLUX of people to convert into BUYERS?

Readers and hobbyists enjoy your work. Occasional consumers can turn into regular, loyal customers. It’s a fact that concentrating on mass marketing to consumers is really a wasted and out-dated process. Turning prospects into buyers takes quite a bit of skill. Relationship Marketing and MindSet create the actions needed for sales to POP!

Do consumers deserve to be called customers? They’re not a mob audience to push advertising out to. Generally, you don’t have an on-going relationship with an occasional consumer, like search engine visitors. You can develop a good and lasting relationship with a customer. You can convert a consumer into a loyal customer with mindset.

Targeted website traffic can turn casual visitors into customers, IF you provide the right information as well as, ask and answer the right questions. MAKE it easy for visitors to ask you questions ……make it easy for them to INITIATE a marketing relationship with YOU!

Even though customers demand a lot more now than they ever did, they DO pay your bills. Naturally, they expect a lot from you. If they don’t get a lot form YOU….they will shop around and get more from someone else! These people deserve a TON of respect AND time. They certainly expect to be treated as equals. “Old style” salespeople knew how to treat their customers. The secret for the up-coming e-marketer is to convert old values into new methods of technology. This can build business relationships that treat every customer, as an esteemed individual.

Are You in the Mind OR the e-Marketplace?

It’s always better to be first in the mind of the prospect and customer, than to be first in the marketplace. If someone else gets into your prospect or customers mindset, it’s difficult to up-root them with price alone. It’s very hard to change a mindset once someone’s mind is made up. Usually, people don’t change their minds quickly and price is not the only deciding factor, IF and when people leave your ranks.

Once people SEE you in a negative light, it’s a toss up as to whether they will return to your camp. Perception dictates that you’ll be categorized and tucked away in their mindsets. Their layer of mindsets will label you in the background, as a certain kind of personality or business.

There’s really only a few ways that you can change this perception. You’ll have to become a different kind of personality OR business owner in someone else’s mindset. This will help you enable yourself to grab the the majority of similar mindsets. You might not be the one who changed the mindsets of these people who leave your camp, BUT somebody else beat you to the punch! The ART of getting them BACK takes effort AND skill!

Marketing isn’t a battle of products or services, it’s a battle of perceived mindsets! The ART of sales requires a TEST of wits. It doesn’t matter if you really have the best product or service; it’s what people think about YOU and your business and how you BOTH stack up. It translates into… HOW do you come across in the public eye? Are you a pal? Are you a salesperson? An educator? A copycat? What really makes you “who” you are? Your “who-ness” counts more than you can imagine. What DO you “DO” that makes you different? Your “what-ness” counts too! Figure OUT what makes you and your business a stand-out! Are you just like hundreds of other salespeople? IF you answered “yes” — you have your work cut out for you. GET HELP!

Your Product IS YOUR Service

It can be very hard to find a point of uniqueness for your product or service to solidify in the minds of your contacts and customers. The ART of the competitive differential for your products or services, won’t just BE the descriptive details and aspects of your offers. YOU and your product should act as a combined service. What combined service do you provide? Detail your specialized experiences to customers. Creating your own original uniqueness is part of The ART of Creating Sales, especially when you’re hounded by competition! You better BE sharp in the e-shark environment.

You MUST develop your OWN way of connecting TO customers. Master Sales Professionals work to develop the ability to really “know” people, communicate, read their mindsets. then push them to ACTION!

The “ART of the Sale” is created in mindset. Action creates the sale AND your income. NO action means NO sales. Are you a writer or a hobby shop? Businesses are designed to PROFIT.
